When you play Grid Sum, we use Unity Analytics, a third-party service provided by Unity Technologies, to automatically collect certain information about your device and gameplay. This information is primarily used in an aggregated and anonymized form to help us improve the Game.

Device Information: Such as device model, operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS if enabled by you, Android Advertising ID), language settings, and screen resolution. Unity Analytics may anonymize or hash these identifiers.

2.2. Information Collected by Advertising Partners (Google AdMob)

Grid Sum uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to serve advertisements within the Game. When you use the Game, AdMob may collect and use certain information to provide you with personalized ads (if you have not opted out of ad personalization on your device) and to measure ad performance.

This information may include, but is not limited to:

Business Transfers: If Thiliax is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice within the Game or on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.
With Advertising Partners (Google AdMob): As described above, we use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob collects and processes data as per Google's policies. This data may be shared with Google and their partners to facilitate ad delivery and measurement.

We will retain automatically collected analytics data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as long as required for our legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal obligations. The specific retention period for data collected by Unity Analytics is subject to Unity Technologies' data retention policies.

Analytics & Ad Tracking: You may be able to limit the collection of certain information by adjusting your mobile device's settings. For example, on iOS, you can enable "Limit Ad Tracking" (or "Ask App Not to Track"), and on Android, you can "Opt out of Ads Personalization." These settings may affect the identifiers used by Unity Analytics.
Advertising Opt-Out: You can generally opt out of personalized advertising on your mobile device.
- On Android devices, you can usually opt out via "Settings" -> "Google" -> "Ads" and enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Grid Sum is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or any higher age threshold an applicable jurisdiction requires for online data collection from children). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We intend for Grid Sum to be appropriate for a general audience. The target age rating for the Game on app stores will be "Everyone".

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage of information is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
